Zombieland

In 2009, a script written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick got made into the comedy, Zombieland. The duo will later go on to write the script for Deadpool. This movie directed by Ruben Fleischer follows four strangers who meet in the middle of a zombie apocalypse, trying to find a sanctuary free of zombies. We’re served a dose of romance, laughs, and a lot of zombie killing. The movie stars Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, and Emma Stone.

Always Be My Maybe

Netflix released the charming and delightful Always Be My Maybe back in 2009. The romantic comedy stars Randall Park and Ali Wong, who also co-wrote the film.
