Nigerian socialite and businessman, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has reacted to Davido’s loss at the 2026 Grammy Awards.
As earlier reported by eelive.ng, Davido lost the Best African Music Performance category to South African singer Tyla.
Other Nigerian stars such as Burna Boy, Wizkid, Ayra Starr, and Omah Lay also faced disappointment by the outcome of the award ceremony last Sunday.
The award ceremony was held on February 2 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, with South African comedian Trevor Noah as host.

Reacting via his Instagram page on Sunday night, Cubana Chief Priest alleged that the Grammy organisers were attempting to “break” Davido so he could conform to what he described as their “demonic agenda.”
He wrote:“Oyibo dey do everything possible to break a strong man so he can do their demonic shit with them, but he will never do it. Heads up, brother. Open the bag and drop another hot one for us. E no dey finish. Gbedu na water.”
