
Popular socialite and nightclub owner Obinna Iyiegbu, a.k.a Obi Cubana, has come under heavy criticism for naming his biological first son, Alex, as his next of kin, following controversy sparked by his adopted son Chidi’s TikTok claim.
Trouble started after the adopted son of the celebrity barman, Chidi jumped on a TikTok trend, where he insinuated that he’s the next of kin to the billionaire businessman. He shared the video saying, ‘Nothing do my shoulder I just realize say, i be next of kin.’
The post generated mixed reactions prompting Cubana to respond via his Instagram page on Tuesday.

The billonaire businessman clarified the controversy by tagging his first son’s page, adding:Ancient and Modern, eyes 👀 on the ball! @dtwalx aka Next-of-kin!🤣🥰
In the comment section, critics berated the celebrity barman, accusing him of lacking emotional intelligence and creating divide in his household with his clarification.
