A Lagos-based couple is plunged into mourning and demanding a full-scale investigation following the mysterious and sudden death of their twin sons shortly after a visit to the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre.
According to the father’s harrowing account, the family visited the healthcare facility on December 24 for a scheduled immunization. While vaccinations are a standard medical procedure intended to protect children, the aftermath of this visit turned into every parent’s worst nightmare.
The father narrated that almost immediately after receiving their injections, both boys exhibited signs of extreme physical weakness and developed dangerously high temperatures. Seeking guidance from the medical staff on-site, the parents were reportedly advised by a nurse to administer paracetamol if the fever persisted at home a common recommendation for post-vaccination side effects.

“My wife and I took our twin boys for immunization at Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre in Lagos State on December 24. After they were injected, they became extremely weak and developed high temperatures.
“The nurse advised us to give them paracetamol if the temperature increased at home, which we did. We also used cold water to bathe them in an attempt to reduce the fever. Sadly, in the early hours of December 25, they became very weak and passed away. I am seeking justice for my twins,” Man said.
As of the time of this report, the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre has not issued an official statement. This incident has sparked a wave of concern among local residents regarding the safety protocols and emergency response capabilities within the state’s primary healthcare system.
