
Foremost Nigerian cinematographer, Femi Dapson, has propelled a recent conversation on social media following an old tweet of his that resurfaced on social media.
Dapson, a renowned moviemaker, has been making headlines in recent times since his relationship with media personality Simisanya. The moviemaker and video producer is popular for expressing his admiration for his partner in various ways, including creating a billboard to show his affection for Simisanya.

Also, in a recent interview, Dapson expressed his unapologetic admiration for Simisanya and how he needed to acquire funds prior to entering a relationship with her.
“I know money is important in a relationship, that’s why I didn’t approach Simi till I started making money,” he said.

He revealed that the first time he met media personality Simi, he did not approach her because he was not financially stable at the time.

“The first time I met Simi I was still driving one Havalon like that but I didn’t talk to her. But the second time I saw her at a wedding in Akure, I was already making money so that was when I was able to talk to her,” he added.

Amid the felicitation, social media users dug out an old tweet that dates back to 2023. The cinematographer wrote, “Treat her like you would want your daughter to be treated.”
