Tyler Perry Casts Racquel Bailey In New TV Series, Sistas
Sometime in May 2019, upcoming actress Racquel Bailey took out a billboard to attract Tyler Perry’s attention and possibly get the opportunity to showcase her talent; as she described herself as his “next leading lady”.

Apparently, her move worked out even better than she planned, getting her a lot of attention online and also from Tyler Perry himself, who according to a recent TMZ report, has now cast her in his new TV project titled “Sistas”. The actress will play the role of a police officer in a relationship with one of the show’s lead actors.
Perry had shared the photo of the billboard on Instagram back in June, advising people to save their money and audition instead, if they were to stand a chance to star in any of his projects. He pointed out that this “is the third time that someone has done this”.
“The best way to work for me is to AUDITION and it’s FREE! We post breakdowns all the time for actors. JUST COME AND AUDITION,” Perry commented.
Bailey is billed to appear on season finale of the series.
