Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has finally addressed the reason behind his reported fallout with music star Davido.
Speaking in a trending video, VDM claimed their relationship changed after he turned down an offer of ₦50 million to campaign for Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, who is Davido’s uncle.
VeryDarkMan said: “Davido and his team invited me to meet his uncle, the governor, and offered me ₦50 million. A lot of people would gladly accept that kind of money, but I rejected it. Ask them if you don’t believe me.”

VeryDarkMan also recalled that the last time he spoke with Davido was over the singer’s promised $5,000gift to a young man in Ghana.
He explained that when the payment was delayed, many people accused him of using the situation for publicity.
VeryDarkMan added: “I sent Davido a message, asking him to pay the boy because people were attacking me. After I reached out, they eventually paid him.”
