Social media activist and controversial commentator VeryDarkMan has addressed the ongoing controversy surrounding influencer King Mitchy, insisting that he did not intentionally expose her but believes that “karma” played a role in bringing the situation to light.
Speaking during a recent online session, VeryDarkMan responded to accusations that he was responsible for publicly calling out King Mitchy over issues connected to an NGO account that has been widely discussed on social media in recent days.
In his words: “ I didn’t expose King Mitchy, karma did. Over 500 million naira has been donated to the NGO account. The current balance is 300 and something million naira, and we have spent over 100 and something million naira on projects.”
According to him, the controversy should not be framed as a personal attack. Instead, he suggested that circumstances naturally unfolded and drew attention to the matter without any deliberate attempt to tarnish anyone’s reputation.
During the broadcast, the activist also shared financial figures relating to the NGO, revealing that more than 500 million naira had been donated to the organisation’s account by supporters.
VeryDarkMan stressed that transparency is important whenever public donations are involved, especially when funds are meant for humanitarian causes.
