Veteran Nigerian movie actor, Vitalis Ndubuisi, has shared a reflective take on life, ageing, and how people perceive others over time.

In a recent statement, he broke down how priorities and concerns tend to shift across different stages of life.

According to him, people in their 20s are often carefree and less concerned about public opinion.

He noted that things begin to change in the 30s and 40s, when individuals start worrying more about what others think.

However, he said by the time people reach 60 and above, they come to a realisation.

“They realize people were never really thinking about them in the first place,” he said.

Ndubuisi added that younger people tend to focus on the future, while older individuals reflect on the past, leaving those in between dealing with pressure and uncertainty.

He also pointed out that wisdom often comes later in life, sometimes at a stage when physical freedom is limited.

“By the time you become wise enough to be careful with your steps, you are already too old to move freely,” he stated.

He concluded by encouraging people to take action while they can.

“So, do what you need to do now,” he added.
