Veteran Yoruba actor Olofa Ina dies at 73
Deji Akinremi, popularly known as “Olofa Ina” in Yoruba, has died at the age of 73.
Saidi Balogun, a Nollywood actor, announced the death of Olofa Ina on his Instagram page, @saidibalogun, on Thursday.
Balogun captioned the photo of the deceased, “Good night Legend Chief Deji Akinremi (Olofa Ina) RIP.”
On May 15, 1950, Olofa Ina was born.
He was a veteran actor who had appeared in a number of films.
Olofa Ina began his professional acting career in 1980.
He, on the other hand, had formed his acting troupe several years before.
His acting company was called Olofa Ina Theatre Group, and it was founded in 1972.
