Watch Beyonce and Jay-Z Receive the Vanguard Award at GLAAD Media Awards

At the 30th Annual GLAAD Media Awards held in Los Angeles, power couple Beyonce and Jay-Z accepted the Vanguard Award.

Beyonce took no time to dedicate the award to her late uncle who had died from complications relating to the HIV virus. The couple went ahead during their acceptance speech, to mention family members who are a part of the LGBTQ community as the GLAAD’s Vanguard Award is presented to allies who have made significant impact in the promotion of the acceptance of LGBTQ people.

Jay-Z showed some love for his Mum too. He gave the cutest shoutout to his mother, Gloria who had received the award last year
