Nigerian music icon Olamide a.k.a Baddo, proved once again that he’s not just a performer but a responsible showman when he paused his high energy performance during his sold out London tour stop to attend to a distressed fan in the crowd.

The incident occurred on Sunday night at London OVO Arena Webley, as the Afrobeats superstar lit up the stage with his chart topping hits. In the middle of the electrifying performance, Olamide suddenly halted the music and drew the attention of security to a particular area in the crowd where he noticed someone might be in trouble.
“Security, please check that place out. We need help real quick,” Olamide said into the microphone, repeating his call until the venue’s security personnel moved swiftly to intervene.

Olamide’s quick response echoes growing global expectations for artists to remain vigilant and responsive to their audience’s wellbeing, especially in packed venues.
The concert continued with renewed energy, but the moment of care left a lasting impression.
Fans took to social media shortly after the concert to commend Olamide for his attentiveness and compassion, with many praising him for prioritizing human life over entertainment.
