Nollywood actress, model, and media personality Nancy Isime has shared her thoughts on parenthood, revealing that she does not take having children lightly.
Speaking during a recent appearance on the ”Thanks For Coming” podcast, the actress opened up about her perspective on raising children and whether she hopes to become a mother in the future.
When asked how many children she would like to have, Nancy explained that although she genuinely loves children, she has mixed feelings about bringing them into the world.
According to her, life’s realities and uncertainties have made her reflect deeply on the responsibilities that come with parenthood.
She said:” “You know the craziest thing about loving children? I feel like if you really love children, you wouldn’t want to bring them into the world.
She continued: “Are you not suffering today? Have you not seen me today? Is earth not ghetto? Are you not going through a lot? Don’t you wish some days that you were not born?”

However, the actress noted that loving children does not always mean having them. In her view, choosing not to bring a child into the world can also be an expression of love, particularly when one considers the challenges, pressures and unpredictability that many people face today.
Isime, known for her candid personality and inspiring journey, continues to encourage discussions on important life choices while remaining true to her beliefs and values.
