Nigerian music stars Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, and Ahmed Ololade, better known as Asake, made a stylish appearance at the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2027 Menswear Show during Paris Fashion on June 23, 2026.
The Afrobeats superstars were among several high-profile guests who attended the prestigious fashion event, bringing their signature sense of style to one of the most anticipated shows of the season.
Wizkid turned heads in a lilac jacket layered over a white V-neck top and paired with tan trousers, while Asake opted for a more understated look, stepping out in a black crew-neck T-shirt, jeans and a matching black cap.
Both artistes were seen greeting each other warmly after crossing paths at the venue. During the show, Wizkid was seated next to American rapper Lil Baby, while Asake took a seat alongside British grime star Skepta, further highlighting the global appeal of Nigerian music and culture.

The event itself was a visual spectacle. Louis Vuitton’s menswear creative director, Pharrell Williams, transformed the runway into a stunning beach-inspired landscape, complete with a giant curling wave that served as the centrepiece of the presentation.

Guests were also treated to an immersive experience featuring a glass-walled camper, a moonlit runway and a dramatic celestial display.
A massive moon rose above the venue while stars illuminated the ceiling, creating a breathtaking backdrop for the unveiling of the new collection.
The star-studded event attracted celebrities from across the worlds of music, film and sports. Among those in attendance were Future, Missy Elliott, Quavo, Coco Jones, Lola Young, Jeremy Allen White, Charles Melton, Jackson Wang and NBA star Victor Wembanyama.
The appearance comes just days after Wizkid announced plans for an exclusive pre-release listening party for his forthcoming album in Paris, further building anticipation among fans eager to hear new music from the Grammy-winning singer.
