Wizkid Signs Endorsement Deal with Puma
Starboy Wizkid is the latest ambassador of international sportswear brand Puma. The Ginger singer has signed with Puma as an ambassador of the new JD x Puma Suede Classics campaign.
The new line dropped last month and Wizkid said being the ambassador of the new JD x Puma Suede Classics campaign was an honour.
Speaking on Wizkid’s endorsement, Puma’s marketing director said, “A truly innovative and exciting artist in the music scene; Wizkid embodies the passion and hustle we look for in someone to represent Puma. We look forward to working with him for the AW20 season.”

In response, Wizkid revealed that he grew up loving and respecting Puma as a brand.
In addition to that, the Joro singer said, “The decision to become an Ambassador felt completely natural. The Puma Suede is a classic shoe that anyone at any age can wear; and I think my fans will really connect with that.”

Back in October, the Starboy announced that his Made In Lagos Merch was in collaboration with Puma.
At the tail end of last month, Wizkid dropped his highly anticipated album Made in Lagos. The album, which features an array of amazing talents from Nigeria and abroad; has recieved a lot of acclaim for Wizkid’s more mature sound.
