#NewVideo: Tekno drops video for latest single “Woman”
Singer, Tekno Miles has released a new visual for his latest single titled “Woman”. In the track, Tekno sings about women in a modern light.
He sings lines like this one “Dem say woman’s place is in the kitchen, she supposed dey fry all the chicken, she no suppose talk for the meeting… but my mother is a woman, you cannot talk like this.”
The video drops in a timely fashion to coincide with the 2019 International Women’s Day. The song’s overall theme and that of this year’s celebration – #BalanceforBetter, fit into the prevailing discourse about women.
The visual for “Woman” was directed by the renowned Clarence Peters.
