In response to the photos, netizens criticised her for lying about the event, pointing out that the image she posted was of a replica of the Nigerian Embassy in New York, not the UN building.
One user angrily remarked: “This is the Nigerian Embassy in New York (Nigerian House) not the UN building.”
Another user noted: “This is the Nigerian Embassy in New York(Nigerian House) not the UN building. It was not a UNGA event and she did not even speak there. The clout chasing is insane”
One remarked: “It’s giving- Come and snap me sharp sharp before they resume work. She spoke at the UNGA games though; the mockingjay conference.”
