Kaffy, the renowned Nigerian dancer and choreographer, has boldly redefined the role of dance, describing it not just as an art form, but as a powerful tool for global influence, innovation, and enterprise.

Speaking during a media parley held to commemorate her 25-year milestone in the dance industry, Kaffy challenged long-standing stereotypes about dancers and shared her forward-thinking vision for the future of her brand.

I don’t believe that being a dancer should limit my access to rooms of influence. I’ve shared space with people like Dangote and Tony Elumelu, not because I was performing, but because my expression goes beyond dance,” she said.

Kaffy stressed that dance is a multifaceted service with wide-reaching impact, playing a crucial role in entertainment, health, wellness, and education.

Even if I’m dancing, it’s more than performance , dance is a service. It’s something that humanity consumes daily across various sectors,” she explained.

Reflecting on her journey, she spoke passionately about the boundless potential of her craft:

This journey has taught me that I can build an empire with dance. I believe I can create a conglomerate using this very tool.”

When asked about the financial worth of her brand, Kaffy was quick to assert that her value extends beyond typical monetary assessments.

You can’t measure me in Naira, Kobo, or even Dollars. But when you consider the structure, investment, and potential behind what I’ve built, the Kaffy brand is a multi-trillion dollar entity,” she declared.
