The Harlem Book Fair Celebrates Its 21st Anniversary

One of the biggest literary events, The Harlem Book Fair is celebrating its 21st anniversary with its 2019 book festival on Saturday July 20, 2019 from 10am to 6pm at Harlem State Office Building Plaza, New York.
 
This year’s edition themed “Building Community, Building Readers”, is expected to play host to a large community of exhibitors from all walks of life. Main stage host will be spoken word poet, Bob McNeil.
 
Christian authors would be on tour to discuss about God, reinvention and renewal. Also, the discussion – “Writing While Black” will be on the table and led by the National Writers Union.
 
The Harlem Book Fair is the United States’ largest African-American Book Fair and the nation’s flagship Black literary event, held annually in Harlem, New York.
