9ice, Wife in Dubai for Vacation after Cheating Scandal

Popular singer, Abolore Akande otherwise known as 9ice, is currently in Dubai for a vacation with his wife, Olasunkanmi.

Going by the pictures making round on social media, the couple are in the company of their daughter, Michelle.

This comes barely six weeks after the music star, openly admitted that he cheated on his wife, hence he apologised in a video that went viral.

Prior to 9ice’s apology, a video of the singer caressing another woman had surfaced online, generating heated controversy.

On Saturday, November 21, 2020, 9ice, in an Instagram post titled ‘save a sinking vessel’, admitted he had done “something shameful and terrible.”

The ‘Gongo Aso’ crooner also pleaded with the public to help beg his wife to forgive him.

“I have done something so shameful, something terrible and it’s costing me my family. And the most important thing to me right now is my family. That 9ice that you’ll always see and appreciate is because l have a backbone, my wife, Olasunkami Akande.

“And because of this terrible thing that l have done, it’s costing me a whole lot. I apologise for what l have done and l need you guys to help me beg my wife. She is my backbone.

“That 9ice that you always see, that strives, that brings out the best in our culture and tradition is because I have a backbone

“I have excelled in so many other things and what thing that l have been failing is my marriage. But l want this marriage to work. Please and please, help me beg my wife. Save this marriage for me. God bless you,” he stated in the viral video.

But with his recent posts on Instagram, it seems 9ice has reconciled with his wife, and they are now living happily.
