‘A Better Time’: Davido Completes Work on Third Album

Afropop star David Adeleke AKA Davido has announced that his third album A Better Time is already complete. The singer announced the good news via Instagram Live, after being out of the public eye for months.

“I want to let everybody know that the album is done, and I’ll let them know when I am dropping it. It might be this year, it might be tomorrow, it might be next year, it might be two years, it might be never,” he revealed.

This was during the ‘mentorship Monday’; a show organised for industry professionals to talk about their career to college students with interests in the music industry.

Davido announced to over 33,000 viewers that joined in on the live chat.

On the next goal he wants to hit in music, Davido said, “Every time you think you made it, there is always something greater. I just want to keep making music and just spread this culture around the world. I know it’s going to change lives. It’s going to be bigger than it is now. Whatever God has planned for me I know it’s going to be huge.”

Davido released his second studio album A Good Time in November of 2019. The album broke many records and went on to reach a billion streams on all platforms.
