Jerry Ekpekuro, the popular Urhobo gospel musician and evangelist, who was abducted by gunmen in Delta State earlier this week, has regained freedom.
As earlier reported by eelive.ng, Ekpekuro, widely celebrated for his distinctive Urhobo gospel artistry and evangelical outreach, was abducted on Monday.
However, confirmation of his release came on Wednesday through fellow gospel musician, Solo Kings.

In a Facebook post, Kings announced the development, writing: “Thank God! Evang Jerry Ekpekuro has been released [by] the kidnappers”.
