American singer Ciara has announced that she is expecting her fifth child, adding another member to her growing family with husband and former NFL star Russell Wilson.
The 40-year-old music star shared the joyful news on Instagram on Sunday, September 6, posting a series of photos and videos that prominently showed off her growing baby bump.
In the announcement, Ciara and Wilson posed outdoors beside a clothesline displaying shirts bearing the names of their four children, while a blank baby onesie represented the newest addition to the family. The couple also held up five fingers in a playful reference to baby number five.

“One more person to Love 🖐🏽🥺🖤,” they captioned the post, sparking an outpouring of congratulatory messages from fans and fellow celebrities.

The new baby will be Ciara’s fifth child and her fourth with Wilson. The couple already share daughters Sienna Princess and Amora Princess, and son Win Harrison. Ciara also has an eldest son, Future Zahir, from her previous relationship with rapper Future.
Ciara and Wilson, who married in 2016, have previously spoken about expanding their family. The singer revealed earlier this year that Wilson had jokingly asked about having another baby shortly after the birth of their youngest child.
The couple has yet to reveal the baby’s sex or expected due date.
