Nigerian Afrobeats singer and songwriter Adekunle Gold has announced the upcoming release of his highly anticipated album, “FUJI”.
This new project to be released October 3rd as regarded by him, marks a milestone in his career, as it represents a return to his musical roots and a celebration of his journey as an artist.
“This phase is rooted in the very beginning of my journey, a return to the essence of why I started making music, to tell stories,” he said.

According to Adekunle Gold, “FUJI” is more than just an album – it’s a reflection of his life experiences, lessons learned, and stories told through music. “This album is my story, the lessons I have learned, the friendships I have lost, the wins I have celebrated, the grief of losing my father, the joy of welcoming my daughter into the world, and so much more,” he added.
The album has been five years in the making and features a collection of tracks that showcase his growth and evolution as an artist.
