Popular Fuji singer, Wasiu Alabi better known as Pasuma has taken to social media to announce the birth of grandchild Wasiu Alabi, the
Pasuma shared the news on his Instagram page, after which he posted a photo of his daughter, Opeyemi Ololade, revealing that she had given birth to a baby boy in the United States.
The musician described the newborn as ”another soldier” as he expressed pride in his daughter, who currently serves in the US Navy.

“Congratulations to me. My darling daughter, Opeyemi Ololade, a proud American servicewoman, gave birth to a baby boy yesterday in America,” he wrote.
“Another soldier joins my family. Alhamdulillah. So proud of you, my daughter.”
It would be recalled that the Fuji singer had, in 2020, shared his daughter, Opeyemi’s, enlistment in the US Navy.
Born Wasiu Alabi Odetola, the singer rose to fame in 1993 with the release of his debut album ‘Recognition’, after drawing inspiration from his mentor K1 De Ultimate.
He has released over 30 albums and become one of the most successful artistes in the Fuji genre.
Beyond music, Pasuma has featured in Nollywood films including ‘Iyanje’ and ‘Alenibare’.
He recently announced plans to release a documentary titled ‘The Man’, chronicling his journey to stardom.
