Nigerian TikTok streamer and content creator Peller, whose real name is Hamzat Habeeb, has publicly called for the arrest of fellow streamer Shank Comics, whose birth name is Adesokan Adedeji Emmanuel, following a viral video of Shank crashing a luxury car, reportedly a Mercedes-Benz, while live-streaming on a Lagos highway.
In recent livestream clips circulating on social media, Peller expressed frustration over what he sees as unfair treatment: my m

“Nigeria police need to arrest Shank for crashing his car. I’m going to protest. I was jailed for crashing my car. I was criticized for crashing my car but people are applauding Shank. It’s not fair.”

The hound streamer, who is currently on a national tour, emphasised the need for accountability, noting that he himself was arrested and detained by the Lagos State Police in late 2025 after a similar incident involving reckless driving and a crash during an emotional livestream linked to personal issues with ex-partner Jarvis.
He reportedly faced criticism, hospitalisation, and a week in detention, which he later described as traumatic.
Shank’s crash, as described in reports as his second major incident in about six months, involved high-speed driving, leading to the vehicle slamming into a road obstruction and nearly hitting a bystander.
The video resurfaced recently, sparking outrage over the endangerment of public safety posed by the content.
Shank on the other hand, has responded, clarifying that the circulating clip is old and not a new accident, while dismissing some backlash as a “paid agenda” against him.
