#BBNaija S6: Angel speaks on relationship with Michael
Big Brother Naija season 6 housemate, Angel, has spoken about her relationship with Michael.
According to the shine ya eye housemate, there is “literally nothing going on” between her and Michael. She revealed this in a late night discussion with fellow housemate, JMK on Wednesday.
This is following Maria’s now trending statement concerning Angel flirting with the men in the house. The current head of house reported Angel to Big Brother for flirting with Michael even after Jackie B declared interest in him. She used the statement “boys will be boys.”.
‘Biggy’ then replied promptly, stating,
“If boys will be boys, then Angel will be Angel.”
Angel stated she noticed that Jackie B has withdrawn her concerning the Michael situation. She then proceeded to explain her side of the story to JMK concerning the matter.
Angel told JMK that she had told Michael to stop talking to her if he wants something genuine with Jackie B. She said,
“I’ve told Michael that if he genuinely wants things to work between him and Jackie B, then he should stop talking to me. But he said he doesn’t see the need for us to stop talking because he thinks that I’m cool.
However, according to her, the male housemate does not want the situation to affect the friendship they share. She further clarified that she and Michael don’t talk unless it’s food or just pleasantries.
She also revealed that she has never approached Micheal for anything more than friendship.
“But I’ve never told him that I wanted to be with him on another level. I’ve never moved towards him in that way.”
Angel told JMK that the whole speculation about her relationship with Michael started when he asked her for a head rub.
“I was minding my own business. He was under the duvet so he removed the duvet and saw me. I was the first person he saw, not like he came looking for me. Then he asked, ‘can you give me a head rub?’ I didn’t ask why, I didn’t ask anything. I rubbed his head and he slept,” Angel said.
This is coming after Jackie B stated that she has no intimate relationship with Michael. While Angel also advised the male housemate not to restrict himself to Jackie B.
