BBNaija: Lucy Gets Evicted
On tonight’s eviction show, Lucy got evicted. She was the only one to get evicted out of the six nominated housemates.
Lucy’s stay in the house was punctuated with arguments with her fellow housemates and situations in which she came off as uncooperative and problematic.
She famously had loud disagreements with Erica, Prince, and Dorathy fo various reasons. Lucy claims it was because she could see what they couldn’t and everyone was “only just catching up to [her]”.
Before Ebuka announced Lucy’s eviction, he asked the housemates about the recent events involving Lucy and how they felt about it. Dorathy and Prince opened up; saying they felt like she was always trying to start something.
On getting evicted, Lucy left the house immediately, not sparing a moment to hug her housemates goodbye. BBNaija fans speculated that it was because she felt betrayed. However, Lucy said on stage that she didn’t embrace her housemates because she knew she would get emotional and end up crying.
However, she had the privilege of seeing which housemates nominated her and was shocked when Dorathy and Prince; the last two she had fought with, were not part of her nominators.
Lucy also said that Erica was two-faced; switching up her behaviour whenever she entered the HOH lounge.
The aspiring chef also revealed that she had feelings for Praise but did not say anything out of respect for his current relationship and his family. Lucy explained that there would never have been anything between them.
Lucy plans to open a restaurant now that she is out of the house. Hopefully, the exposure she got from BBNaija grants her the funds and support to pursue that dream.
