BBNaija reunion: Peace speaks on social media break

Former Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Peace, has opened up on her absence from social media after the show ended in October 2021.

Peace did this during the premiere of the Big Brother Naija reunion show on Thursday night.

The former housemate revealed that she took a break from social media because she needed to strategise and make plans. She said, “I just needed a break. You know how this thing can be sometimes. I needed to take some time. I needed a break, and I needed to strategise.”

In response, the show host, Ebuka said, “And you came back blond.” This was said in reference to her new hair colour.

“I came back blond and happy,” Peace said.

Peace’s absence on social media became more noticeable when she did not go with the housemates to a trip to Dubai, which they won during the show.

At the time, there were rumors that she was pregnant. However, she refuted the claims. Peace was the first ever Head of House for the BBNaija Shine Ya Eye edition. Peace alongside Michael, Boma, and Tega were evicted from the show six weeks in.
