BBNaija’s Lucy and Kaisha Assaulted by Police
Former Big Brother Naija housemates Lucy and Kaisha have recounted how members of the Nigeria Police Force assaulted them on the road. The reality TV stars went on Instagram Live to record their predicament with the violent police officers.
According to Kaisha, one of the police officers asked to search her handbag, which she vehemently refused. The police then tried to stop them from re-entering their vehicle. He is captured on tape questioning their right to record his actions.
Neither party has disclosed how this scary and dreaded encounter ended. However, there are screen recorded videos of the interaction between Kaisha and lucy and the police officer.

For decades, Nigerian citizens have faced harassment and assault from the Nigerian Police force and celebrities are not exempt from it. It is a misfortune that happens so often that there are songs about it.
A police encounter gone wrong can easily result in the unlawful deaths of innocent civilians; because the policemen themselves intentionally aggravate the situation. Unfortunately, the law does not hold these “law enforcement” officers responsible.
