Nollywood romantic comedy Call of My Life has reached another major box-office milestone, crossing ₦837 million at the West African box office, according to distributor FilmOne Entertainment.
The studio’s latest update celebrates the strong theatrical run of the May 2026 release.
Directed by Dammy Twitch in his feature debut and produced by Blessing Uzzi for BluHouse Studios, the film stars Uzoamaka Power as Soluchi, a call-centre agent recovering from heartbreak, alongside Andrew Yaw Bunting, Beverly Osu, Zubby Michael, Nkem Owoh, Patience Ozokwor and others.

Released on 15 May 2026, it follows Soluchi’s unexpected connection with a charming stranger that rekindles her belief in love.

Independent reports and earlier FilmOne announcements confirm the film had already surpassed ₦817.6 million by late July, securing its place as the highest-grossing Nigerian film of 2026.
It was the first Nollywood title released outside the traditional December window to cross ₦600 million and ranks among the strongest non-holiday performers in recent years.
FilmOne thanked audiences across West Africa for turning out in large numbers and spreading the word while announcing that the film still remains in cinemas nationwide.
