Diddy and his Family Cover May Issue of Essence Magazine
Music mogul Diddy is finally opening up about the loss of his ex-partner and mother of his twin daughters, Kim Porter, who passed away on November 15 of lobar pneumonia. Although her life ended too soon, her legacy as a great mother to her kids live on because she made her family the center of her world.
In the May 2019 issue of Essence magazine, Diddy talks about what it felt like, how his family and he is adjusting to living life after the calamitous event and about loving Kim.
‘Puffy, take care of my babies.’ She actually said that to me before she died,” Diddy revealed his final moments with the late Porter.
“It was like some superhero s–t. I ain’t even gonna lie. On some level, I knew she was training me for this. I would say I’m putting in work to fill shoes that are almost impossible to fill,” he added.
Kim Porter was found dead at her home in Toluca, California.
