Female Rapper Rah Digga Stands with T.I on Hymen Check

The internet has been in a frenzy following T.I.’s assertion that he had a gynecologist check his daughter’s hymen. The rapper is currently under fire for his comment even though he came out to apologise on last week’s Red Talk Table.

However, in a series of tweet, rapper Rah Digga has come out in support of the currently under-fire rapper.

“So on top of it being criminal for parents to discipline their children they’re trying to make it criminal to monitor their sex lives? FOH!! I STAND WITH [Tip],” she tweeted in response to New York legislators’ proposed banning of hymen checks.

“What’s sick are the leaps and bounds society is talking to remove parental structuring and people justifying it,” she continued. “Same society won’t have shit to say when that kid comes home pregnant and abortions are illegal. So the day she turned 18 he went from being an overprotective Dad to pervert? Because any vaginas still in MY house that I gotta provide for are getting policed. Straight like that.”

After receiving backlash from fans following her initial comment, she tweeted that she was done talking.

“Y’all think I’m crazy. I think y’all crazy. And this concludes this Sunday’s edition of Walking the Dogs w/Digga. Happy Sunday!! Next on the docket: 75,000 missing black women and girls in America.”

Rah Digga has been heavily criticized for publicly coming to T.I’s defense. Replying to a tweet, Digga said she also got a virginity test for her daughter.

“Well I did and guess what? When I found out she wasn’t anymore did I berate her.. No. I was able to have a convo where she openly told me what it was. And I emphasized being safe. And life went on…”

Just when we thought we were over the “T.I and hymen comment,” almost everyone on social media have continued to weigh in over his assertion. From the look of things, it doesn’t seem the drama will end anytime soon.
