DJ Tunez Features Wizkid & Blaqjerzee on ‘Gbese’
Constant collaborators, Wizkid and Starboy DJ/Producer DJ Tunez are out with another banger, but this time they enlist the input of Blaqjerzee, bringing Wizkid back from his three-month-long hiatus. With no official single from Wizkid yet, he does well to lend his vocals as he appears om DJ Tunez’ ‘Gbese’, alongside beat smith, Blaqjerzee.
On the ‘Gbese’ single, Wizkid admits that he would do crazy things for his baby girl, promising to buy her whatever she wants, even if it leaves him in debt. Wizkid’s performance on the track is outstanding, proving that his hiatus was a much-needed break, as he seems creatively revived.
The track which is a little over five minutes long, also includes a bubbly sample of Tic Tac and Tony Tetuila’s ‘Fefe N’efe’. Following Wizkid’s few verses, the last minute and half of the song hosts a lively instrumental break – lengthy, but engaging.
