Celebrity chef and multiple Guinness World Records holder Hilda Baci, has shared an emotional tribute on social media, celebrating her partner Damilola “Dapper” Akinwunmi and his team at Dapper Live for their groundbreaking achievement.

In a heartfelt post, Hilda wrote: “I’ve seen the work. The sleepless nights. The risks. The reinvesting. The belief when things weren’t always easy. So watching this moment happen for you and the team at Dapper Live and Dapper Music Entertainment feels incredibly special. What started as a vision for Trench Symphony turned into a historic moment now officially a Guinness World Records holder for the largest orchestra in an Afrobeats concert… Also… our kids will definitely hear this story one day. Record breaker daddy. Record breaker mummy.”

Artists who graced the feat were rising stars like T.I Blaze, Rybeena, TML Vibez, Bhadboi OML, Lasmid, Cazulee, Kashcoming, and DWillsHarmony, plus Fuji legends King Dr. Saheed Osupa and KS1 Malaika.

Conceived by Damilola Akinwunmi, CEO of Dapper Group, the event fused African rhythms with orchestral elegance, elevating Afrobeats globally. However, there are plans for a 2026 nationwide tour across 10 Nigerian states and international shows in cities like London and Paris.

Baci, on the other hand, has her own records: the longest individual cooking marathon (93 hours, 11 minutes in 2023) and the largest serving of Nigerian jollof rice (8,780 kg in 2025), making the couple a record-breaking couple.
