Hilda Baci speaks to those trying to beat her record

Hilda Baci, the Guinness World Record holder, has expressed her feelings over the continuous attempt to beat her record.

She expressed her happiness that her achievement has motivated young Nigerians to venture into entrepreneurship and strive to break records.

Speaking with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos, while showcasing her culinary skills. She did this to raise one million Naira to empower a widow and help her become self-reliant.

Baci shared that she holds no grudges towards those attempting to surpass her records. She added that a new record holder cannot be announced until a year after her feat.

Her passion for supporting widows led her to participate in the initiative organized by The Duke of Somolu Productions, a theatrical play producing outfit.

“There is still much to do in supporting widows, including providing employment, encouragement, empowerment, and business growth guidance.

“It’s not always about giving cash; showing love and kindness is crucial. We need to remind them of their potential and encourage moving forward despite the tragedy of losing a loved one.

“I see the efforts of young Nigerians trying to beat my record as positive development. It inspires others to start businesses and break records.

“I hold no ill feelings towards those attempting to beat my records, and a new record holder can’t be announced until a year after.

“Others should try to break records; I’ve achieved my goal, and it’s time for them to strive for their own accomplishments.”
