The development comes months after VeryDarkMan intensified his advocacy efforts by leading a large-scale protest in Ibadan, Oyo State, over the abduction of schoolchildren and teachers in Orire Local Government Area.
The demonstration attracted hundreds of residents who joined the activist in marching through major roads in the city.
Protesters carried placards and sang solidarity songs while demanding urgent intervention from the government to ensure the safe return of the victims and improve security across the country.
Speaking during the protest, VeryDarkMan criticised what he described as the slow pace of rescue efforts and urged authorities to take stronger action against insecurity.
