Popular Nigerian comedian, actor, and prophetic teacher Woli Arole, who is known for blending humour with spiritual ministry, has expressed fear over the moral direction of the current generation.
In the message shared on his verified account, the clergyman and content creator lamented the stark contrast between the spiritual investments of past generations and the lifestyles common today.
He wrote: “I fear for this generation, our parents put anointing oil on our heads, prayed for us at midnight, took us to the mountain… see the product of those labors.”
Arole shared how previous generations benefited from keen parental prayers, midnight intercessions, and spiritual journeys to mountains for divine favour and protection.
He contrasted this with what he sees as the realities of many young people now: “Some people in this generation are going from club to club, life full of gossip, dragging on social media.”
The comedian-turned-minister dropped a sobering question about the future: “What will be the product of their KIDS? Shisha BABY!!!!!”
