Nigerian singer David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has said he believes he would still have found success in the entertainment industry even if his music career had not taken off.
Speaking during an interview with PlayKisstra, the award-winning artiste explained that his passion for show business goes beyond performing on stage.
Davido revealed that if music had not worked out, he likely would have focused on running a record label or building a media company, as he has always been drawn to the business side of entertainment.

The Grammy-nominated star also disclosed that he holds a degree in Business Management, adding that he could have pursued a career in the corporate world if the need had arisen.

Davido said: “I’d probably be a label owner or have a media house because I’ve always loved entertainment. Even if I was working in my daddy’s office, I can see myself having a side business like a music label just because I love music.”
He added: “I have a degree. I have a BSc in Business Management, so I can go to Barclays here and try to get a job. You know what I’m saying? I could get a job. I can actually get a job. I got a résumé.”
