Popular Nollywood actor Deyemi Okanlawon has sparked reactions online after revealing that he would gladly step away from his acting career if his wife began earning $10 million annually.
The actor made the humorous statement during a recent interview in May 2026 while discussing marriage, family and financial success.
According to him, he would have no problem becoming a full-time house husband if his wife’s business became extremely successful.
“If my wife makes $10 million per annum, I’ll quit my acting career to focus on being a full-time house husband,” he said.
Okanlawon is married to Damilola
Okanlawon and his wife have been together since 2013. Over the years, they have often been admired by fans for their strong bond and openness about marriage and family life.

The actor has remained one of the most recognised faces in Nollywood, known for starring in several successful movies and television productions.
