
Popular Nollywood actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham has opened up about personal growth and the responsibility that comes with being a public figure, especially as a role model to young women.
The award-winning actress made the remarks during a recent interview, where she reflected on her past and the lessons she has learnt over the years. According to her, she is now more conscious of her actions because of the influence she wields.

“I am a role model to a lot of women, so I am trying not to misbehave, there are things I have done in the past that I am not proud of
“That’s why I want young ladies to look at me and not make the same mistakes.”
Abraham admitted that growth often comes with reflection and accountability. She further explained that while no one is perfect, it is important to learn from one’s past and strive to become better.
Abraham emphasised that her journey has taught her valuable lessons about maturity, discipline and self-awareness.
