Male netizens have set the social media platform X ablaze amid the ongoing ‘tweet like a woman’ trend.
In the last 24 hours, male social media users have disclosed several ways that women often make tweets that are perceived to be condescending, demeaning, and derogatory, especially towards men.
The trend was inspired by a social media user known as @1meajay on the microblogging site, X. Taking to his X account in February 2026, Ajay tweeted, “Things way women dey talk, you nor go really grasp the magnitude of the stupidity inside until man tweet am.”

Though the above tweet was made several weeks ago, it became a sleeper hit as it was revisited by social media users at the beginning of the new week. Several social media influencers have taken to X to mock women and regurgitate several controversial tweets.
