Amara Kanu, a fitness and wellness coach married to legendary footballer Kanu Nwankwo, has officially ushered in her 40th birthday.
To mark the milestone, she took to her Instagram page to share a series of breathtaking photographs.
Looking radiant and defying her age, Kanu shared a message of gratitude to God for witnessing a new year.
“40 years on the dot. Welcome, Amara. Happy birthday, to God be the Glory, always.” She wrote.
Her husband, Kanu, also joined in the celebration, dedicating a heartfelt tribute to his wife on her special day.
“Happy birthday, my lovely wife. Omalicha Nwanyioma, may God bless you with many more years and God’s blessings and protection, and grant you all your heart’s desires. You still look fresh and beautiful. I appreciate you and am proud of you, my lovely wife”. He wrote.

On Kanu’s 46th birthday, his wife had previously showered him with praise, labeling him the “rarest amongst men” and expressing how incredibly blessed she felt to navigate life’s journey by his side.
The couple tied the knot back in 2004 when his wife was just 18 years old. Over the last two decades, they have successfully built a strong foundation, evolving from husband and wife into best friends.
