Laura Ikeji Speaks Out On Relationship With Amara Kanu
Nigerian fashion entrepreneur and mother of one, Laura Ikeji has either put speculations to rest or started a new set of tongues wagging with her most recent revelation.
She has confirmed the rumours that suggested that she does not see eye to eye with her brother-in-law, Kanu Nwankwo’s wife, Amara.
A while ago, Amara took to her social media platform to call out Ogbonna Kanu. She accused him of causing trouble in her home. While the troublesome comments when viral on social media, it was noticed that the Fashion blogger didn’t make any comment on the issue.
This caused their audience to speculate on the nature of the relationship between or the lack thereof. People thought that Amara didn’t like Laura and it turns out that the feeling is mutual as Laura has confirmed.
Laura’s response was straight and direct to the point to an Instagram follower that asked her why they (Laura and Amara) don’t follow each other on the picture-sharing app. She wrote: “We are not friends.”
We can say that this drama started when Laura Ikeji’s husband posted pictures of tickets to a football game. And Amara reacted harshly.
She wrote: “You are a coward and liar. That’s my son’s ticket. He was supposed to follow his dad to the Leeds game today but no. You have never allowed Kanu to be in peace with his family. You tried that with me all these years thinking I will die and now you want to come near my children. You can’t. You won’t. Oloshi oloriburuku. Borrow pose. @ogbobekee1, don’t mess with my children’s things or their dad.”
