Lala Akindoju New Play ‘Lavender’ To Show During Lagos Theatre Festival
Nigerian actress, Kemi Lala Akindoju has just made produced and directed another stage play, titled ‘Lavendar’.
This is coming months after she aired her one-woman show titled ‘NAKED’ which premiered at the Lagos Theatre festival in February, 2018.
The play as gathered by eelive.ng stars Kehinde Bankole, Deyemi Okanlawon, Oludara Egerton-Shyngle and Rita Edward.
‘Lavender’ is a stage play presented by The Make It Happen Productions (TMIHP) which is one of Nigeria’s young and dynamic production companies targeted at giving life to art through film, television, theatre and live events, focusing on telling the African Story and owned by Kemi Lala Akindoju.
In the past, Kemi Lala Akindoju has produced brilliant plays such as ‘The V Monologues’ and her critically acclaimed one-woman show ‘Naked’. We can bet this will be a brilliant show.
The Lagos Theatre holds from the 8th to 14th of April, 2019. ‘Lavender’ will show three times during the festival.
