Social media activist VeryDarkMan has sparked fresh controversy with cryptic Instagram stories about the death of late singer Mohbad.
In the posts, VDM said he was not shocked by recent developments and only laughed. He referenced “Lagos and their anyhow system” before stating: “The boy said it, the girl will never have peace.”
He went further in a second story, addressing a woman he called “my dear queen.” VDM accused her of sleeping with a governor or high-ranking official to suppress justice for Mohbad.
“You sleep with gov to suppress justice for the boy, someday soon my dear queen….give the case time, truth takes time but e go comot…….2pac own took 30years plus,” he wrote.
The claims come nearly three years after Mohbad’s controversial death in September 2023.
His body remains unburied, while a Federal High Court in Abuja is expected to rule later this month on a suit seeking a fresh police investigation.

Fans’ reactions have been sharply divided. Many linked “my dear queen” to actress Iyabo Ojo (Queen Mother) due to their previous clashes over the case.
Some netizens laughed and called it classic VDM drama, with comments like “VDM dey cook o” and “Queen sleep with governor ke.”
Others condemned the posts as pure defamation and reckless character assassination, with one user urging the actress to sue for a billion naira. The allegations remain unverified.
