Off the “Spirit of Light” album, singer cum photographer TY Bello and Tope Alabi have released the official video for another power filled song titled “War”
In 2018, TY Bello began her Spontaneous worship series featuring numerous gospel artists from Sinach to even former group member, Lara George. It was fresh and fine. However, we paid rapt attention after the visit of Yoruba gospel singer, Tope Alabi whose visit resulted in one of the most powerful worship songs of 2018.
“The Spirit of Light” album contains inspirational tracks such as “Imolede” and “Logan ti ode”.
The synergy between Tope Alabi and TY Bello is best not left to the imagination as it can be experienced by enjoying the album.
In the track, Tope Alabi describes God in his might and purity. She also tells of how He defends his people during times of trouble. The song albeit rendered in Yoruba has poetic value that will resonate with every listener, tribe regardless.
