Uriel Oputa, the former Big Brother Naija housemate, has called on social media users to respect people’s privacy and focus on their own lives instead of interfering in others’ affairs.
In a recent Instagram post, Uriel emphasised that certain aspects of a person’s life are deeply personal and not open for public scrutiny. She urged fans to stop obsessing over others’ journeys and instead channel their energy into their own goals and blessings.

“Let me tap into your blessing? Stop that,” she wrote. “Don’t tap into what you don’t understand. You don’t know the sacrifice, the pain, or the process. Focus on your own lane and stay committed to your path.”
The reality star went on to list several personal matters that, in her view, are no one’s business:
“How someone makes their money.
“When or if they decide to have children.
“Who they have children with.
“When they choose to get married.
“Who they’re dating.
“The age difference in their relationship.
“Their divorce or reasons behind it.
“It’s your life, your journey, your story,” Uriel stated firmly. “And you owe no one an explanation.”
Uriel recently called out rogue property agents in Lagos for charging illegal viewing fees. According to her, readme estate agents were charging her upfront fees just to view properties.
She took to social media to vent her frustration, stating:“Some of these agents are out here playing God… This practice is highly illegal.”
