Nigerian singer Portable, real name Habeeb Okikiola, has revealed details about the financial incentives tied to his proposed celebrity boxing match against popular streamer and comedian Oderhowho Joseph Efe, popularly known as Carter Efe.
In a widely circulated video, Portable confidently declared that he had already received a ₦40 million advance payment from the fight organisers.
He went further, claiming music executive Soso Soberekon has pledged an additional ₦50 million if the fight takes place and he comes out victorious. Businessman Emeka Okonkwo, popularly known as E- Money, reportedly upped the stake by promising ₦50 million plus a luxury car as a reward if he defeats Carter Efe.

The drama traces back to Soso Soberekon publicly offering ₦50 million to lure Carter Efe into the fight, with talks reportedly taking place at E-Money’s residence alongside other personalities like Peller. Portable initially turned down the initial offer, labelling it “too small” and demanding ₦50 million plus a car valued at ₦300 million before stepping into the squared circle.
Carter Efe has responded in his own videos, accepting the challenge, trash-talking Portable, and vowing to make him “run from the word boxing.” Both sides have kept the hype alive with spiritual preparations, dramatic clips, and endless online banter.
