Rema sparks dating rumour after being spotted at church with Justine Skye
Following their appearance together at a church service in Lagos, Rema and American musician Justine Skye have sparked new romance rumours.
In a viral video, the couple can be seen walking out of the church together, surrounded by security.
When the video went viral, social media users speculated that the couple was in a relationship.
This time, they appear to be convinced that the two are romantically involved, with many believing that it is the only reason they would attend church together at all.
The couple did not go to the service alone. Crayon, another Mavin signee, was also present, as was the rest of the entourage. Social media users, on the other hand, were more concerned with the fact that Skye and Rema were spotted together again.
Similarly, on Skye’s birthday in August 2023, social media users speculated that the two had become romantically involved.
Why?
Back then, the two were all smiles at her party. Rema sat next to her, helping her light the candles on her birthday cake, while Skye danced in her seat. The Afrobeats star then joyfully rang a bell as she blew out her candles in the video.
Rumours of a budding romance between these two began in 2021. It followed the release of their song Twisted Fantasy. After Skye celebrated Rema’s 21st birthday with him that year, the speculations intensified.
Despite the fact that these rumours have resurfaced, neither Rema nor Skye have confirmed or denied them, and they continue to hang out on occasion.
